Stephanie Allee
Piano

Stephanie Allee joined the St. Louis Metro Singers as staff accompanist in August of 2001. She received her degree in Music Education from Southwest Baptist University. She has been employed by elementary and high schools as well as churches, and she is sought after as an accompanist for various community choral ensembles. Stephanie currently teaches private piano lessons from her home, where she lives with her husband Jeff and their three children. Prior to her post with the St. Louis Metro Singers, she served as accompanist for the St. Louis County Community Chorus. Mrs. Allee is also one of the staff accompanists at Manchester United Methodist Church, in suburban St. Louis.

 

Barry Bierwirth
Organ

Barry Bierwirth began studying piano at the age of 5. Over the years, he has served as substitute organist/choir director at many St. Louis area churches. He was organist/choir director at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ in Oakville, MO from 1982-1984, and presently holds the same position at Christ Church United Church of Christ in Maplewood, MO where he has been since 1984. Barry has been affiliated with the St. Louis Metro Singers as accompanist for over 20 years. Recently Barry was selected by the St. Louis’ German Male Chorus as the Director and Accompanist. Currently, Mr. Bierwirth is an elementary classroom teacher in the Lindbergh School District.
